Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digispace Ninja India Private Limited ("Company"), the owner of the trademark WeLog, provides a software platform for tour and activity operators to manage their bookings and streamline operations. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to the usage fees and service charges for the WeLog platform.

1. Nature of Service

WeLog is a B2B software solution marketplace designed for tour and activity operators to manage bookings and financial transactions. As a software service, WeLog does not handle or process the end-user bookings directly but provides the infrastructure for our partners (tour operators) to do so. We charge fees based on the number and value of bookings processed through our platform.

2. Pricing Structure

The pricing for each booking made through WeLog is as follows:

• Bookings up to ₹1,000: Free
• Bookings from ₹1,001 to ₹2,000: ₹10 per booking
• Bookings from ₹2,001 to ₹5,000: ₹20 per booking
• Bookings from ₹5,001 to ₹10,000: ₹30 per booking
• Bookings from ₹10,001 to ₹25,000: ₹40 per booking
• Bookings above ₹25,001: ₹50 per booking

Additionally, WeLog may charge a percentage commission on certain bookings, which is determined on a case-by-case basis through negotiations with the tour operator. This is subject to change.

3. Wallet Top-Up and Deductions

Tour operators are required to maintain a wallet balance in their WeLog account to cover the booking fees. For every booking processed through the platform, the corresponding fee (as per the pricing structure above) will be automatically deducted from the wallet balance.

• Wallet Top-Up: Operators are responsible for ensuring their wallet is sufficiently funded. A low balance may result in restricted access to certain platform features or the inability to process bookings.
• Automatic Deductions: Fees are deducted in real-time as bookings are made, and operators can view a detailed transaction history within their WeLog panel.

4. Refund Policy

Since WeLog is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, all charges and fees for bookings processed through the system are non-refundable. This includes:

• Booking Fees: Fees deducted from the wallet for each booking are non-refundable, even if the booking is later canceled by the tour operator or the end customer.
• Wallet Top-Ups: Any funds added to the wallet are non-refundable and can only be used towards processing future bookings on the WeLog platform.

5. Cancellation Policy

WeLog facilitates booking management for tour operators but does not dictate the cancellation policies of individual bookings. Any cancellations and related refunds must be handled directly between the tour operator and their end customer, according to the operator's own cancellation policy.

• Platform Fees: In the event of a booking cancellation, WeLog will not issue a refund for the booking fee already deducted from the wallet. The fee is charged for the use of the software at the time of booking creation, regardless of the final booking status.

6. Changes to This Policy

Digispace Ninja India Private Limited reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via email or through the WeLog platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
